Can No. 16 TCU pull off another upset win when the Horned Frogs hit the road to face Texas tonight at 9PM ET?
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Texas is the slight favorite at home, as the Longhorns are getting odds of -1.5 points against TCU. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 142.5 points. Tonight’s game takes place from Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas and will air live on ESPNU.
TCU has lost two of its last three games, falling to Kansas and Oklahoma at home. The Horned Frogs are 13-2 on the season, 1-2 in the Big 12 and 7-7 against the spread. They have failed to cover in three of their last four games. TCU is averaging 86.9 points per game on offense while allowing 75.1 per contest. Kenrich Williams is leading TCU with 14.6 points and 9.4 rebounds per game while Vladimir Brodziansky is adding 14.1 points per contest.

Texas is just 3-8-1 against the spread in its last 12 conference games and the Longhorns will be without second leading scorer, Andrew Jones. TCU has been strong on the road this year, covering in four straight on the road. I like the Horned Frogs to find a way past this inconsistent Texas team. The public betting is backing Texas slightly, but I like the Horned Frogs.
