Josiah-Jordan James (knee) is questionable to suit up for Wednesday’s game against Mississippi, Mike Wilson of the Knoxville News Sentinel reports. James, who has been dealing with knee soreness, is questionable to return for Wednesday’s showdown with Mississippi. The 6-foot-6 senior has appeared in five games this season, averaging 8.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.6 steals on 20 minutes per game. If James is ultimately unable to play, his next opportunity to return will be Jan. 3, against Mississippi State.
Ole Miss Rebels DFS Spin
Jaemyn Brakefield closed with nine points (3-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block in 17 minutes during Tuesday’s 66-65 loss to North Alabama. Brakefield was part of the Rebels’ starting lineup Tuesday. He is expected to continue being their preferred center while Josh Mballa will be a backup again.
