Texas A&M vs. Oklahoma Public Betting: Bettors Backing Sooners

Our CBB Public Betting Information page indicates that 63% of public bettors are currently backing Oklahoma when it comes to the spread. This information is subject to change throughout the day, however, so be sure to check the link so you’re receiving the most up-to-date public betting data.

Phelps has efficient night vs. Texas

Zhuric Phelps ended with 18 points (6-8 FG, 6-8 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and one steal over 24 minutes during Saturday’s 80-60 win over Texas. Phelps’ 18 points were a big reason why Texas A&M was able to dispose of rival Texas handily. He’s hit double figures in all but two games this year, although his efficiency (39/27/67 shooting splits) could be improved somewhat. Still, he’s valuable in many facets, especially crashing the glass as of late – Phelps has 17 rebounds over the past two games. If the guard can start trending towards the efficiency he shot with in the beatdown of the longhorns, he’ll be an incredibly dangerous player for the Aggies.

Fears cools off slightly in recent win over Central Arkansas

Jeremiah Fears recorded 19 points (7-15 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, five assists and one steal in 32 minutes during Sunday’s 89-66 victory over Central Arkansas. Fears dropped 19 points against Central Arkansas, which wasn’t quite the 30 he scored against Michigan but still plenty to help the Sooners blow out Central Arkansas. Fears has been a revelation as a freshman, averaging 18.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.2 steals. He’s as valuable as anyone is to Oklahoma with SEC play around the corner.

Texas A&M vs. Oklahoma CBB Prediction:

Take the under. In the last 10 meetings between these two teams, the under cashed eight times. That includes a consecutive under streak of four between these two teams. The under is also 6-4 in the Aggies’ last 10 games overall, cashing in five out of their last six gamed as well.

Texas A&M vs. Oklahoma College Hoops Prediction: UNDER 147.5
