Prediction:
The Red Raiders might be the better team in this matchup, but Texas had been playing inspired basketball prior to its embarrassing performance on Senior Day. Included in the previous five-game winning streak was a 68-58 win at Texas Tech, while the Longhorns only lost the home matchup by a count of 62-57 when they were not quite playing as good of basketball. While the Texas Tech schedule has been difficult lately, it is difficult to endorse it as this size of a favorite. I feel far more comfortable taking the points with Texas.
