Richie Springs (undisclosed) will be available in Saturday’s game at Creighton, David Borges reports. The junior will be active Saturday for the first time since mid-December. Expect Springs to play a bench role for the Huskies.
Creighton Bluejays DFS Spin
Francisco Farabello (illness) is unlikely to suit up in Saturday’s showdown with UConn, Joel Lorenzi of the Omaha World-Herald reports. Farabello, who sat out of Wednesday’s game against Seton Hall, remains unlikely to return this weekend. The 6-foot-3 senior has appeared in 23 games this season, logging 3.3 points, 1.1 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 0.6 steals on 15.5 minutes per game. If Farabello is ultimately unable to suit up, he will have his next opportunity to return Tuesday against Providence.
