The 6-foot-9 center has averaged 15.4 points, 8.4 rebounds and 2.1 blocks during 28 minutes over 18 appearances this season.

Paul Scruggs logged 21 points (7-13 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 3-6 FT), six rebounds and two assists across 33 minutes during Saturday’s 69-65 loss to DePaul. Scruggs recorded his highest point total in 19 games with a season-high four three-point makes Saturday. The senior has averaged 15.4 points, five rebounds and 4.2 assists during 32.4 minutes over the last five games. He will look to provide the veteran leadership needed to put Xavier back into the win column against Seton Hall on Wednesday.
