UNC a road dog vs. Louisville
No. 2 North Carolina has yet to lose in ACC play, but the Tar Heels face their toughest challenge in conference play yet when they take on No. 16 Louisville tonight at 7PM ET on ESPN.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Louisville is the slight favorite at home, as the Cardinals are getting odds of -1 point against North Carolina. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 148.5 points.
North Carolina is 19-2 on the season and 8-0 in the ACC, but the Heels haven’t faced a ranked opponent yet in a conference game, let alone on the road. Louisville (17-4, 6-2 ACC) is coming off a surprising 63-47 loss at home to Virginia, snapped a four-game win streak. Still, the Cardinals are a favorite at home today despite being just 2-6 against the spread in ACC games this season.
North Carolina isn’t exactly setting the world on fire at the betting window, going just 3-5 ATS in ACC play. The Heels find themselves as an underdog for the first time this season, but they are just 5-8 ATS as an underdog since 2013. Louisville has fared well against UNC over recent history, covering in two of three meetings last season. Louisville is also 5-3 ATS in its last eight against the Heels. Coming off such a bad loss at home, expect a motivated effort from Louisville tonight.
