Villanova giving Creighton 12

According to oddsmakers at RealBets, Villanova is favored at home tonight, as the Wildcats are getting odds of -12 points against Creighton. The over/under total for the contest has yet to be set.
Villanova (18-3, 8-1 Big East) is coming off a 68-53 win over St. Johns this weekend following an 82-76 loss to Providence last week. Now the Wildcats hope to get past Creighton (14-8, 5-4) at home. Villanova has had plenty of success getting by Creighton, winning three straight in the series, including an 85-71 win over the Bluejays on Jan. 2 on the road.
Despite the previous results, the trends aren’t strong for Villanova tonight. Creighton is actually 3-2 against the spread in the last five games in this series and in conference play, Creighton has fared much better. The Bluejays are 6-3 ATS in the Big East this season, which ranks second in the conference. Villanova is just 3-6 ATS in conference action, which ranks second worst in the Big East.
