UVA yet to cover on the road
No. 11 Virginia has been a disaster covering on the road and today the Cavaliers head to Louisville to face the 16th-ranked Cardinals at 1PM ET on CBS.

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Louisville is the favorite in this game, as the Cardinals are getting odds of -6 points against the Cavaliers. The over/under total for the contest has yet to be set.
Virginia is 16-4 on the season and 5-3 in the ACC, but the Cavaliers are just 7-11 against the spread and 2-4 in road games. UVA is also 0-6 against the spread on the road. The Cavaliers have dropped three of their last four road games, with the lone win coming by just one point at Wake Forest. Interestingly enough, despite their road struggles, Virginia is an underdog for the first time this season in today’s game.
Louisville steps onto the floor with a 17-3 overall record and 6-1 mark in the ACC. The Cardinals at 13-0 at home and 8-8 against the spread. Despite the .500 record against the spread for the season, Louisville is 6-3 ATS at home, covering in their last two games there with sizable wins over Florida State and Pittsburgh. Virginia hasn’t shown anything on the road to make you think they will keep up with Louisville today.
