Who Oddsmakers Like: Utah Valley. According to oddsmakers from online sports book YouWager, the Wolverines are 10.5-point favorites to beat the Roadrunners, who also opened as 10.5-point underdogs. As for the total, it opened at 133.5 but has dropped all the way down to 130.
Who Public Bettors Like: Utah Valley. As of Thursday morning, 55% of betting tickets are on the Wolverines to cover the point spread this evening. The majority of the money wagered online is also on Utah Valley, according to Sports Insights.
Bet Tonight’s College Hoops Action
Who We Like: When these two teams met back in February, the Wolverines shot 52.2 percent in a 70-47 blowout. They were also 12-of-26 from three-point range as the Roadrunners couldn’t do anything to slow Utah Valley down. With the stakes of tonight’s game being much greater, however, I envision the Wolverines’ shooting to come down a notch. And even if Utah Valley still shoots the lights out, I don’t see the Roadrunners contributing enough to the score to push this game over. In fact, the under has cashed in seven of CSU Bakersfield’s last 10 conference games.
