Head coach Scott Drew said Friday that LJ Cryer (back) will play Sunday against Washington State, John Werner of the Waco Tribune-Herald reports. Cryer was held out of the Bears’ previous matchup versus Tarleton State due to a back issue, but he’s now in line to limit his absence streak to just one game following coach Drew’s comments Friday. The 6-foot-1 guard will likely reclaim his usual starting spot this weekend against the Cougars.
