West Virginia Mountaineers DFS Snapshot
Taz Sherman chipped in 25 points (9-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds and four assists over 35 minutes during Saturday’s 70-64 victory over TCU. Sherman had his highest scoring game since he dropped 29 points against Baylor on Jan. 31. It has been a tough go of it for the Mountaineers in conference play, but maybe they can take this momentum and try to steal a couple games in the Big 12 Tournament. Sherman ends the regular season averaging 18.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.1 three-pointers, and 1.3 steals per contest.
Kansas State Wildcats DFS Snapshot
Markquis Nowell (hamstring) returned to practice this week, Kellis Robinett of the Wichita Eagle reports. If Nowell is able to get in another good workout in on Tuesday then there is a strong chance he will give it a go for the opening game of the Big 12 Tournament on Wednesday against West Virginia. Kansas State has certainly missed Nowell since he went down with a hamstring issue.
