MOORHEAD, Minn. (AP) -Division III Concordia-Moorhead hired former North Dakota basketball coach Rich Glass on Wednesday.
Glas, 335-194 at North Dakota from 1988-2005 and 490-301 in 28 years as a college coach, was director of basketball operations for Division I Northern Iowa the past two seasons under his former player and assistant, Ben Jacobson.
Glas takes over at Concordia from Duane Siverson, who retired last month after 17 seasons as the Cobbers’ coach.
“It seems like every place I end up going turns out to be the right place at the right time,” Glas said. “Concordia, for me, is the right place at the right time for Rich Glas.”
