LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -Russell Robinson’s 15 points led No. 5 Kansas in a 109-51 thrashing of Texas Tech on Monday night, the second time in three games the Red Raiders suffered the most lopsided loss in school history.
M last week, then the biggest loss in school history. In between the record losses, the Red Raiders upset then-No. 5 Texas 83-80, one of the program’s biggest wins in several seasons.
All but one of the 16 players in uniform scored for Kansas (27-3, 12-3), which finished 20-0 at home, the 14th time the Jayhawks went unbeaten in 53-year-old Allen Fieldhouse.
Martin Zeno had 19 points for Texas Tech.
