HIGH POINT, N.C. (AP) -Arizona Reid scored a career-best 37 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as High Point defeated Anderson 87-48 on Friday night.
Reid made 16 of 20 baskets for the Panthers (5-4) en route to his third consecutive double-double. Mike Jefferson got his second consecutive double-double, scoring 10 points and getting 15 assists. Eugene Harris scored 16 points, including four 3-pointers.
Brandon Young led Anderson (3-6) with 15 points.
The Panthers led by 45 points at 87-42 before clearing the bench in the closing minutes. The Trojans scored the last six points of the game for the final score.
