Lattimore was well on his way to over 1,200 rushing yards before blowing out his knee. The Gamecocks have been dealing with injuries all season, but the defense has still been strong, allowing only 20.1 points per game.
Florida is now 3-4 in the SEC following a 26-21 win over Vanderbilt last week. The win snapped a four-game losing streak for the Gators. All four losses for Florida came against ranked teams, but the lack of offense was alarming. Florida averaged just under 12 points per game in that stretch. On the year, the Gators are scoring 26 points per game while allowing just 19.7 points per contest. Chris Rainey is leading the team in rushing (526 yards) and receiving (20 catches, 305 yards) to lead the offense.
In terms of Injuries, South Carolina quarterback Connor Shaw is questionable with a concussion as is defensive back DeVonte Holloman. Florida cornerback Jeremy Brown is questionable with a knee injury.
