College Football Week 11 Free Picks
(The Spread) – Find out which favorites and underdogs caught our eye in Week 11 of the college football season.
For roughly the third week in a row, we’re coming off a 2-2 Saturday. Texas rolled to an easy victory over Texas Tech and UCLA won outright against Arizona State, but neither Texas A&M nor Oregon State covered and left us with another .500 record. That puts us at 23-17 for the year.

Michigan @ Illinois, 3:30PM ET
Outside of their 42-24 win over Northwestern in early October, Michigan has floundered on the road this season. The Wolverines lost 28-14 in East Lansing three weeks ago and 24-16 last Saturday in Iowa City. Illinois is going backwards after its perfect 6-0 start, but this is a perfect game for the Illini to snap their current three-game losing streak. Michigan’s defense is still a work in progress under Brady Hoke and maybe Nathan Scheelhaase will step up at home and pull off a huge win over the Wolverines.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 11 FREE PICK: ILLINOIS –1
Oregon State @ California, 6:30PM ET
The Beavers usually pull off one win a year when nobody was expecting them to, and maybe that win already came in the form of a 37-27 triumph at Arizona in early October. Either way, I see Oregon State keeping things close in Cal tonight. The Beavers are 4-0 against the spread in their last four games against the Bears and 4-0 ATS in their last four road games versus Cal. The road team is also 6-2 against the number in the last eight overall meetings and the Golden Bears are just 1-6 ATS versus a team with a losing record.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 11 FREE PICK: OREGON STATE +9
Louisiana Tech @ Ole Miss, 7:30PM ET
Public bettors will look at this game thinking they can take advantage of a mismatch in conferences. Generally speaking, the Rebels should roll in this one and considering they’re 2.5-point home dogs, there’s definitely some value in taking Ole Miss. That said, this isn’t a very good Mississippi team and it would make Louisiana Tech’s season if it could produce a win in Oxford this weekend. On the flip side, how motivated will the Rebels be? The Bulldogs are 5-0 against the spread versus a team with a losing record and 4-0 ATS in their last four non-conference games. They’re also 5-0 ATS in their last five road games and 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall. Meanwhile, the Rebs are 1-6 ATS in their last seven November games and 1-4 ATS versus a team with a winning record.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 11 FREE PICK: LOUISIANA TECH –2
The Warriors struggle at times coming to the mainland, as their brutal 40-20 loss to UNLV as a 17-point favorite earlier this season can attest to. Nevada has scored 45 points or more in each of its last three games and has won four-straight thanks in large part to Cody Fajardo’s 10 scores. According to latest college football trends, the Warriors are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five trips to Nevada while the home team is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings between these two teams. The Wolf Pack should roll.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 11 FREE PICK: NEVADA –15.5
