Clemson finished the game with 576 total yards on offense, but allowed 468 yards from Maryland, including 291 rushing yards. North Carolina is coming off a 30-24 loss to Miami last week. The Tar heels have lost their two games by a combined 13 points. Quarterback Bryn Renner has led the team so far this season, as he has thrown for 1,593 yards and 14 touchdowns. Running back Giovani Bernard has rushed for 767 yards and nine touchdowns as well.
In terms of Injuries, North Carolina offensive linemen Cam Holland and T.J. Leifheit are both questionable with leg injuries while Clemson kicker Spencer Benton is out with a shoulder injury.
