Oklahoma State had somewhat of a joke of a game last week. The Cowboys destroyed Savannah State. The total yard differential was 682-139 in favor of Oklahoma State. Three different Oklahoma State running backs each had at least 91 rushing yards and the team combined for 9 rushing touchdowns. The quarterbacks combined to go 26 of 37 passing for 287 yards and three touchdowns.
Arizona needed overtime to get past Toledo last week. The Wildcats actually dominated the game on paper, out-gaining the Rockets 624-358, but Toledo forced three turnovers on Arizona. Arizona had no problem moving the ball under new coach Rich Rodriguez. Quarterback Matt Scott threw for 387 yards and two touchdowns on 30 of 46 passing while Ka’Deem Carey rushed for 147 yards on 20 carries.
In terms of Injuries, Arizona has none to report while Oklahoma State receiver Tracy Moore is probable to play for Saturday’s game after serving a suspension last week.
