TCU is 1-0 on the season and 1-0 against the spread following a 56-0 win over Grambling. Kansas comes into the game at 1-1 overall and 0-2 against the spread. The Jayhawks have played both games at home. TCU is just 1-5-1 all-time against Kansas.

TCU opened its season last week with a 56-0 win over Grambling. It wasn’t much of a matchup as the Horned Frogs out-gained Grambling 531-70 in total yards. TCU failed to not complete a pass as the quarterbacks went 17-for-17 for 276 yards and 4 TDs. Three different running backs had at least 57 yards rushing in the win. In 2011, TCU averaged 40.8 points and 440 yards per game.
After picking up a 31-17 win over South Dakota State in the opener, the Jayhawks lost 25-24 to Rice at home last week. Kansas had just 339 yards of offense in the loss and also had three turnovers. Former Notre Dame quarterback Dayne Crist was just 16 of 28 passing for 144 yards and 2 INTs for Kansas and coach Charlie Weis. Tony Pierson led the offense with 120 yards rushing on 19 carries. Defensively, Kansas allowed 236 passing yards, but did force three turnovers.
In terms of Injuries, TCU receiver Skye Dawson is questionable for this game due to a suspension while Kansas running back James Sims is expected to miss the game because of a suspension and linebacker Prinz Kande is questionable with a leg injury.
The Public Bets for this game are backing TCU on the road. The Horned Frogs are getting 68% of the wagers with point spread odds of -21 against Kansas on Saturday.
