Florida State is 4-0 on the season and 2-0 in the ACC while Wake Forest is 2-3 overall and 0-1 in the ACC. The Seminoles are also 2-0 at home and 0-4 against the spread while the Demon Deacons are 0-3 on the road and 3-2 against the spread. FSU has won four of its last five against Wake Forest.

Trends show that Florida State is 8-3 against the spread in their last 11 home games and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games in October while Wake Forest is 1-4 ATS in its last 5 games on grass.

Florida State got a bit of a scare at N.C. State on Saturday, but still won 56-41. The Seminoles continue to look great on offense, averaging 38.3 points and 330.8 passing yards per game, but the defense has been somewhat concerning, giving up 25.3 points per game, including at least 31 points on two different occasions. Jameis Winston has thrown for 991 yards and seven touchdowns to lead the offense while Rashad Greene has caught 35 passes for 543 yards and three touchdowns.

Wake Forest is coming off a 20-10 loss at Louisville. The Demon Deacons have alternated wins and losses every week of the year. The team is averaging just 18.2 points and 230 yards per game on offense, including the worst rushing attack in the country at 29.2 yards per game. Defensively, Wake isn’t bad, holding opponents to 20.2 points per game. John Wolford has led the offense with 1,005 passing yards. He has six touchdown passes, but also 10 interceptions. E.J. Scott has added 22 receptions for 239 yards and four touchdowns.

In terms of Injuries, Florida State defensive tackles Eddie Goldman (ankle) and Derrick Mitchell Jr. (knee) are both questionable. Wake Forest cornerback Deonte Davis (knee) is also questionable for the game.
