The featured game this week is the Pac-12 Championship, with No. 3 Oregon taking on No. 8 Arizona on Friday at 9PM ET from Santa Clara, CA. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Oregon is heavily favored in the game, as the Ducks are getting odds of -13.5 points against the Wildcats. An over/under total has yet to be set. Oregon is 11-1 on the season and 8-4 against the spread while Arizona is 10-2 on the year and 5-7 against the spread. These two met at Oregon back on Oct. 2 with the Wildcats pulling off the upset in a 31-24 victory. Arizona’s two losses this season came against USC and UCLA.
Another featured game isn’t an actual championship game, but has a lot of impact on the playoffs as No. 5 Baylor hosts No. 9 Kansas State in Big 12 action. Oddsmakers have yet to release odds for this game as Baylor quarterback Bryce Petty suffered a concussion yesterday and his status for this game is not clear. Baylor is 10-1 on the season, 5-0 at home and 6-4-1 against the spread. Kansas State is 9-2 overall, 3-1 on the road and 8-3 against the spread. The home team has won six of the last seven between these two and Kansas State has covered the spread in seven of the last 10 meetings.
