Notre Dame vs. Clemson Odds
It’s a game with playoff implications on Saturday when No. 12 Clemson hosts No. 6 Notre Dame at 8PM ET on ABC.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Clemson is the slight favorite at home, as the Tigers are getting odds of -1.5 points against Notre Dame. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 54 points. These two have no recent meetings, but Notre Dame is 6-1 against the spread in its last 7 games in October.
Notre Dame is 4-0 on the season, 3-1 against the spread and 2-2 with the over/under total. The Irish already own wins over Georgia Tech, Virginia, Texas and UMass this season. Clemson is 3-0 on the season, 2-1 against the spread and 2-1 with the under. The Tigers are coming off their toughest outing yet, a 20-17 win over Louisville on the road two weeks ago. Clemson is scoring 36.7 points and 442 yards per game on offense while allowing just 12.3 points and 260.7 yards per contest. Quarterback Deshaun Watson is leading the team with 641 yards and seven touchdowns while Wayne Gallman is the leading rusher with 310 yards and three scores.
