Oklahoma vs. K-State Odds
No. 19 Oklahoma looks to bounce back from its loss last week when it hits the road to face Kansas State on Saturday at 3:30PM ET on ABC.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Oklahoma is the slight favorite on the road, as the Sooners are getting odds of -4.5 points against the Wildcats on Saturday. The over/under total for the game has been set at 56 points. The road team has won and covered the spread in four straight in this series and these two have hit the over in six of their last seven meetings.
Oklahoma is 4-1 on the season, 1-1 in the Big 12, 3-2 against the spread and 3-2 with the under. The Sooners are coming off a 24-17 loss to Texas in the annual rivalry game last week. The Sooners were held to just 278 total yards of offense in the loss while giving up 368 yards to Texas. As a team, Oklahoma had just 67 rushing yards as Samaje Perine was held to 36 yards on 10 carries, continuing his disappointing season. Baker Mayfield had 211 passing yards and a touchdown to lead the offense.
Kansas State is 3-2 on the season, 0-2 in the Big 12, 3-2 against the spread and 3-2 with the over. The Wildcats have lost back-to-back games to TCU and Oklahoma State by a combined 9 points. K-State is averaging 36.4 points and 370 yards per game on offense this season, while allowing 24.8 points and 395.8 yards per game on defense. Joe Hubener is leading the offense with 827 passing yards and four touchdowns while also rushing for 224 yards and six scores. Justin Silmon has added 282 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
