According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Michigan State is currently listed as a 3.5-point favorite against the Ducks on Saturday. The over/under total for the contest is listed at 67 points. These two meet in East Lansing on Saturday at 8PM ET on ABC.

These two met last season in Oregon, with the Ducks getting a 46-27 win at home, covering a 14-point spread in the process. The two also hit the over of 57 points. Oregon started the year with a 61-42 win over Eastern Washington, but failed to cover a 35-point spread. However, the Ducks easily hit the 78.5-point total. Michigan State was a 37-24 winner at Western Michigan, but the Spartans didn’t cover the 16.5-point spread. The Spartans did, however, hit the over of 55 points.

When it comes to trends to consider in this game, they appear solid for both teams. Oregon has covered in 9 of its last 11 overall and in 20 of its last 27 games on grass. Michigan State has covered in 7 of its last 9 home games, but the Spartans are actually just 1-5 ATS in their last 6 against Pac-12 opponents.

The over seems like a reasonable play in this one, as Oregon has hit the over in 7 of its last 10 non-conference games and 7 of its last 11 against Big Ten opponents. Michigan State has hit the over in 7 straight non-conference outings and 4 straight against Pac-12 opponents.
