According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Arkansas is the favorite in this game, as the Razorbacks are getting odds of -21 points against the Rockets. The over/under total for the game has been set at 55.5 points. These two have no recent meetings to consider, but Arkansas has covered the spread in 6 straight non-conference games.

Arkansas opened the season with an impressive 48-13 win at home over UTEP, covering a 32.5-point spread and going over the 49.5-point total. Arkansas dominated on both sides of the ball, putting up 490 yards of offense while holding the Miners to just 204 total yards. Quarterback Brandon Allen had a really strong showing, going 14 of 18 passing for 308 yards with four touchdowns. Alex Collins added 127 rushing yards on 12 carries with a touchdown. Keon Hatcher also caught six passes for 106 yards with two touchdowns.

Toledo is playing in its first game of the season this week. The Rockets were 9-4 last year and 7-1 in the MAC, earning a share of the West Division title. Toledo was just 5-7-1 against the spread while going 8-5 with the over. Matt Campbell is entering his fourth year as head coach of the Rockets. He has a 26-13 record in his time with Toledo. The team has a great back in Kareem Hunt, who rushed for 1,631 yards and 16 touchdowns in 2014, but he is suspended for Saturday’s game. Toledo does have its starting QB back in Logan Woodside, who threw for 2,272 yards and 19 touchdowns in 2014.
