According to oddsmakers at GTBets, Missouri is the favorite at home in this game, as the Tigers are getting odds of -21 points against the Huskies. The over/under total for the game has been set at 39 points. These two have no recent meetings to go off of, but the Tigers have hit the under in 7 of their last 8 home games while the Huskies have hit the under in their last 4 games in September.

Missouri is 2-0 on the season, 0-2 against the spread and 2-0 with the under. The Tigers had a 34-3 win over SE Missouri State and a 27-20 win over Arkansas State. The Tigers haven’t quite been the offensively explosive team that many expected. Quarterback Maty Mauk has thrown for 329 yards with five touchdowns with three interceptions. He is averaging just 5.67 yards per pass attempt. ON the ground, the Tigers have 222 yards in two games with Ish Witter leading the way with 77 yards. However, he is averaging just 3.2 yards per game and he has yet to find the end zone. The Missouri defense has been very solid, though, allowing just 204 yards per game.

Connecticut is 2-0 on the year, 1-1 against the spread and 2-0 with the under. Connecticut defeated Villanova 20-15 to start the season and then beat Army 22-17. The Huskies are averaging 361 yards on offense while allowing 284 yards per game. Quarterback Bryant Shirreffs has thrown for 472 yards and two touchdowns this season while completing 68.9 percent of his passes. Ron Johnson has added 108 rushing yards with two touchdowns, but is averaging only 2.6 yards per carry.
