According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Rebels are 24-point home favorites versus the Commodores, while the over/under total is sitting at 53.5 points. Ole Miss opened as a 26-point favorite before the line dropped, while the total opened at 55.5 before dropping as well.
Thanks to Derek Mason’s switch to defensive coordinator and a talented line that features Adam Butler, Nifae Lealao, Caleb Azubike and Jay Woods, Vanderbilt’s defense has improved from last season. Ole Miss has showed over the first three weeks that its offense is rolling, but a letdown is also possible after beating Alabama last Saturday.
