According to oddsmakers at GTBets, Ole Miss is the overwhelming favorite, as the Rebels are getting odds of -42 points against the Aggies. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 70.5 points. These two have no recent meetings but New Mexico State is 0-6 against the spread in its last 6 against SEC opponents.

Ole Miss is 4-1 on the season, 3-2 against the spread and 3-2 with the over. The Rebels started 4-0, but suffered a 38-10 last week at Florida. The Rebels are now allowing 23 points and 357.2 yards per game, while the offense is putting up 45.8 points and 500.4 yards per game. In the loss to Florida, the Rebels had four turnovers and was held to just 328 total yards and 69 rushing yards. Chad Kelly threw for 259 yards and a touchdown while leading the team in rushing with 40 yards on 15 carries.

New Mexico State is 0-4 on the season, 1-3 against the spread and 4-0 with the over. The Aggies have had their last three games decided by single digits. New Mexico State is giving up 45.8 points and 544.5 yards per game this season while putting up 30.2 points and 421.5 yards per game on offense. Larry Rose III is leading the team with 579 rushing yards and six touchdowns while Tyler Rogers has thrown for 966 yards and seven touchdowns. Rogers is questionable for this game with a thumb injury.
