According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, LSU is the favorite in this game, as the Tigers are getting odds of -9.5 points against Florida on Saturday. The over/under total for the game has been set at 46 points. LSU has won and covered the spread in four of its last five against Florida.

LSU is 5-0 on the season, 3-0 in the SEC, 2-3 against the spread and 4-1 with the over. The Tigers are coming off a 45-24 win over South Carolina last week to stay unbeaten. LSU is averaging 37.8 points and 468.4 yards per game on offense while the defense is giving up just 22 points and 291.4 yards per game. Leonard Fournette is leading the way for LSU, and is a Heisman candidate, with 1,022 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns. Brandon Harris has thrown for 610 yards and four scores while rushing for 146 yards and three touchdowns.

Florida is 6-0 on the year, 4-0 in the SEC, 5-1 against the spread and 3-3 with the over/under total. The Gators earned a 21-3 win over Missouri last week, but took a big blow on Monday when quarterback Will Grier was suspended for the season due to a violation of the NCAA rules regarding PED use. Grier has thrown for 1,204 yards and 10 touchdowns this season to lead the Gators. Treon Harris takes over at QB. He has thrown for 269 yards and two touchdowns this year. He takes over an offense that averages 32.2 points and 384.7 yards per game. Kelvin Taylor may see an increased load on offense. He has rushed for 438 yards and seven touchdowns this year. Defensively, Florida is holding opponents to 14.3 points and 296.3 yards per game.
