According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, a line has yet to be set for this game, as the Orange could be without starting quarterback Eric Dungey, who suffered a head injury last week and is listed as doubtful to play. When his status is more clear, a line will appear. These two haven’t met since 1989 when Syracuse won 23-10.

LSU is 2-0 on the season, 1-1 against the spread and 1-1 with the over/under total. The Tigers are averaging 411 yards of offense thus far while allowing just 319 yards per game. The Tigers are dominating on the ground, posting 338.5 rushing yards per game thus far. Leonard Fournette has rushed for 387 yards and six touchdowns this season and is averaging 8.2 yards per carry. He is coming off 228 yards last week against Auburn. Quarterback Brandon Harris has thrown for 145 yards on 21 of 31 passing.

Syracuse is 3-0 on the year, 2-1 against the spread and 3-0 with the over. The Orange are posting 374 yards of offense per game thus far, including 208.7 rushing yards per contest. The defense is allowing 334.3 yards per game, but 287 of that comes through the air. Dungey has thrown for 428 yards and five touchdowns thus far. Austin Wilson had just 49 passing yards with a touchdown and an interception in Dungey’s place last week. Jordan Fredericks has led Syracuse on the ground with 197 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
