According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Michigan is the favorite at home in this game, as the Wolverines are getting odds of -8 points against the Spartans. The over/under total for the game has been set at 40.5 points. Michigan State has won six of its last seven against Michigan, covering the spread in seven straight against the Wolverines.

Michigan is coming off a 38-0 win over Northwestern last week, giving the Wolverines their third straight shutout win. Michigan is now allowing just 6.3 points and 181.3 total yards per game on defense this season. Offensively, Michigan is averaging 29.5 points and 390.5 yards per game. Jake Rudock has thrown for 1,135 yards and five touchdowns this year, but also has six interceptions. De’Veon Smith is the leading rusher with 390 yards and four touchdowns.

Michigan State is coming off a 31-24 win at Rutgers last week. The Spartans have won their two Big Ten games over Rutgers and Purdue, but just by a combined 10 points. The Spartans are averaging 31.3 points and 397.3 yards per game on offense but allowing 21.3 points and 372.2 yards per game. Connor Cook has thrown for 1,334 yards and 12 touchdowns to lead the offense while LJ Scott and Madre London have combined for 817 rushing yards and nine touchdowns. London is dealing with an ankle injury that has him questionable for the game.
