According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Oregon is the favorite in this game, as the Ducks are getting odds of -12.5 points against the Utes. The over/under total for the game is listed at 65.5 points. Oregon has won six of its last seven against Utah, but the Utes have covered the spread in three of the last five in the series. These two have hit the over in three straight meetings.

Utah is 3-0 on the season, 2-1 against the spread and 2-1 with the under. The Utes own close wins over Michigan and Utah State to go along with a 45-24 win over Fresno State last week. The Utes are averaging just 348 yards per game on offense while allowing 364.3 yards per game on defense. Starting QB Travis Wilson is dealing with a shoulder injury that has him listed as questionable for this game. Wilson has thrown for 286 yards this season while rushing for another 100. If he can’t go, Kendal Thompson will play. Thompson has 215 passing yards and 54 rushing yards. Devontae Booker will play and he will be the focus of the offense. Booker has 345 rushing yards and four touchdowns in three games. He is also second on the team in receiving with 14 catches for 126 yards.

Oregon is 2-1 on the season, 1-2 against the spread and 2-1 with the over. The Ducks have wins over Eastern Washington and Georgia State this year but suffered a loss at Michigan State, 31-28 in Week 2. Like usual, Oregon is putting up big offensive numbers, averaging 567.3 yards per game, while the defense is giving up 456.3 yards per game. The big question for Oregon is whether or not Vernon Adams will play this weekend. He sat out last week with a broken index finger, but he played with the injury against MSU two weeks ago. Adams has 555 passing yards and 100 rushing yards on the season. Jeff Lockie will play if Adams can’t. Lockie has 228 yards passing on the year. Royce Freeman has been a steady force on the ground as he has rushed for 373 yards and five touchdowns.
