According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Notre Dame is the favorite at home, as the Fighting Irish are getting odds of -6.5 points against the Trojans. The over/under total for the game has been set at 61 points. USC has won seven of its last 10 against Notre Dame, but the Irish are 4-2 against the spread in the last six games of this series. These two have hit the under in four of their last five meetings.

Notre Dame is 5-1 on the season, 5-1 against the spread and 3-3 with the over/under total. The Irish are coming off a 41-24 win over Navy last week. ND’s lone loss this year was 24-22 at Clemson. ND is averaging 37.8 points and 503.5 yards per game on offense, while the defense is holding opponents to just 21.2 points and 333.7 yards per game. DeShone Kizer has thrown for 1,143 yards and eight touchdowns to lead the offense while C.J. Prosise has rushed for 779 yards and nine touchdowns. Will Fuller has added 29 catches for 571 yards and seven touchdowns.

USC is 3-2 on the season, 3-2 against the spread and 3-2 with the under. USC is coming off a 17-12 loss to Washington the week prior. Making matters worse is the team had to fire coach Steve Sarkisian this week as he continued to struggle with substance abuse and has since checked himself into treatment. The Trojans are averaging 39.8 points and 494.8 yards per game on offense. The defense is giving up 17.4 points and 387.8 yards per game. Cody Kessler is leading the offense with 1,453 yards and 15 touchdowns passes while JuJu Smith-Schuster has caught 33 passes for 619 yards and six touchdowns. Tre Madden has rushed for 333 yards and four scores.
