Updated 2020 National Title Odds

National Signing Day in college football did nothing to change the odds for the top teams, as the Clemson Tigers remain favored over the field to win the 2020 National Championship. Here’s a look at the latest title odds.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Clemson currently has odds of 2/1 to repeat as national champions. The team that Clemson routed in last year’s title game, Alabama, has the next-best odds at 9/4, followed by Georgia at 9/1. Ohio State, meanwhile, is 10/1.

The odds fall off a slight cliff from there, as Michigan is 15/1, Oklahoma is 16/1 and Texas is 22/1. Florida, meanwhile, is 30/1 to win next year’s national championship, as are Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oregon and Washington. Texas A&M is 40/1, followed by Auburn and LSU, who are 50/1, respectively.

Continuing with the current odds, Mississippi State and Wisconsin are 60/1, respectively, followed by Miami and Utah, who are 75/1, respectively. USC is 85/1, while Florida State, Iowa, Penn State and Virginia Tech are all 100/1, respectively. The teams with 200/1 odds are Arizona, Baylor, Iowa State, Michigan State, Northwestern, Oklahoma State, Purdue, Stanford, Syracuse, TCU, UCLA and Washington State.

Finally, the deep long shots include Arizona State, California, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas Tech and West Virginia at 300/1, respectively. BYU, Boise State, Boston College, Fresno State, Houston, Kansas, Kansas State, Louisville, NC State, UCF, Utah State and Virginia are all 500/1, respectively. Every other team listed has odds of 1000/1 or worse to win the 2020 national championship.
