According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Notre Dame is the favorite on the road, as the Fighting Irish are getting odds of -11 points against the Owls. The over/under total for the game has been set at 50 points. These two met in 2013 with Notre Dame picking up a 28-6 win, but Temple covering a 27.5-point spread.

Temple is 7-0 on the season, 5-2 against the spread and 4-3 with the under. The Owls are coming off a 24-14 win at ECU last week to stay unbeaten. While it is averaging just 32.3 points and 345.9 yards per game on offense, Temple is holding opponents to just 14.6 points and 307.3 yards per game. The Owls have the sixth-best rushing defense in the country, allowing only 92.1 yards per game on the ground. Temple is led on offense by running back Jahad Thomas, who has 822 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns. P.J. Walker has added 1,313 passing yards and nine touchdowns.

Notre Dame is 6-1 on the season, 6-1 against the spread and 4-3 with the over. The Irish are coming off a bye week, but they had a 41-31 win over USC prior to that for their second straight win since a 24-22 loss to Clemson on the road. The Irish are averaging 38.3 points and 499.6 yards per game on offense this season while allowing 22.6 points and 370.3 yards per game on defense. The team is led by C.J. Prosise, who has rushed for 922 yards and 11 touchdowns this season. DeShone Kizer has added 1,370 passing yards and 10 touchdowns. William Fuller has added 32 receptions for 702 yards and eight scores.
