Alabama Crimson Tide Game Notes
Alabama coach Nick Saban said Wednesday that JoJo Earle (foot) has been practicing this week and is day-to-day, Charlie Potter of 247Sports.com reports. Earle has yet to play for Alabama this season due to a foot injury. However, his return to practice likely means that he will make his debut Saturday against Arkansas or next week versus Texas A&M.
Arkansas Razorbacks Game Notes
KJ Jefferson completed 12-of-19 passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns Saturday at Texas A&M, while also rushing 18 times for 105 yards and an additional score in the 23-21 loss to Texas A&M. Through four games, Jefferson is completing over 69-percent of his passes for close to 1,000 yards, has accumulated eight passing touchdowns and four rushing touchdowns, while also rushing for 274 yards. Unfortunately, a date with Alabama next weekend may put a damper on his numbers.
