Alabama vs. Arkansas Prediction
No. 1 Alabama travels to Fayetteville, AR this week when it takes on the 3-6 Arkansas Razorbacks at 12:00 p.m. ET on Saturday. After playing hated rival LSU last week, is 32 points too much to lay with the Crimson Tide this weekend?

Alabama Crimson Tide Game Notes
Alabama senior RB Najee Harris carried the ball 21 times for 145 yards and three touchdowns in Saturday’s 55-17 win over LSU. It’s hard to find many players scoring anywhere near the clip that Harris is right now. To the surprise of nobody, Harris slammed in three touchdowns against the Tigers. At 6-foot-2 and 230-pounds, Harris is ridiculously quick and explosive for a player of his size and strength. Once he clears the line of scrimmage and gets going, he is near impossible to tackle, and that is exactly what LSU learned on Saturday. Harris has now scored at least twice in six of Alabama’s nine games this season. Expect Harris to make it seven against Arkansas next week.
Arkansas Razorbacks Game Notes
Arkansas redshirt senior QB Feleipe’ Franks is considered to be a game-time decision for Saturday’s game vs. Alabama due to a rib injury. Franks (6’6/218) was a late scratch for last weekend’s loss to Missouri, with KJ Jefferson ultimately getting the start. And Jefferson played well in the 50-48 thriller, completing 18-of-33 passes for 274 yards and three touchdowns. HC Sam Pittman said that while Franks is practicing he still doesn’t fell 100%, and it’s possible that both quarterbacks see action Saturday even if the redshirt senior is cleared to play.
Alabama vs. Arkansas Prediction
I do think 32 points is too much to lay with the Crimson Tide this afternoon, but I’m also not backing the Razorbacks against the No. 1 team in the country – regardless of how many points I’m receiving. The over, however, is 5-2 in the last seven series meetings when the game is played in Arkansas. The over is also 7-3 in the Crimson Tide’s last 10 conference games, is 4-1 in their last five road games and is 8-3 in their last 11 games coming off a win. On the other side, the over is 5-1 in the Razorbacks’ last six games versus an opponent with a winning record and has cashed in four of their last five games after they accumulated more than 450 total yards in their previous contest.
