Alabama Crimson Tide Game Notes
Bryce Young plans to play in the Sugar Bowl against Kansas State, Pete Thamel of ESPN.com reports. Young is expected to be the top pick and the first quarterback selected in the 2023 NFL Draft. This caused many to speculate that the junior quarterback wouldn’t play on Dec. 31 against Kansas State. However, Young and Will Anderson are both planning to suit up.
Kansas State Wildcats Game Notes
Adrian Martinez (undisclosed) practiced Tuesday, Derek Young of On3sports reports. Martinez missed the final three games of the regular season, but it appears he’s on track to suit up for Saturday’s bowl game against Alabama. However, Will Howard has played admirably in Martinez’s absence, so it’s unclear who’ll draw the start against the Crimson Tide.
