Alabama Crimson Tide Game Notes
Bryce Young completed 25-of-51 passes for 328 yards, one touchdown and one pick at LSU on Saturday. Though Young went over the 300-yard passing mark for the fourth time this season, he completed under 50-percent of his passes for just the second time in his collegiate career. It was also the third time this season that Young failed to toss multiple touchdowns in a game. After winning the Heisman trophy last season, Young is still having a solid season, but is certainly not playing at the same level. A shootout at Ole Miss lurks next weekend, though.
Ole Miss Rebels Game Notes
Jaxson Dart completed 13-of-20 passes for 140 yards and a touchdown at Texas A&M on Saturday. Dart also rushed 17 times for 95 yards in the 31-28 win. Dart flexed his dual-threat muscle once again, throwing three touchdowns for the third time in four games, while also rushing fir at least 95 yards for the third contest in 2022. The Rebels are off before a tough matchup with Alabama.
