Iowa vs. Indiana Odds
No. 10 Iowa looks to remain unbeaten on Saturday when it hits the road to face Indiana at 3:30PM ET on ESPN.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Iowa is favored on the road, as the Hawkeyes are getting odds of -7 points against the Hoosiers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 60.5 points. Iowa has won five of its last six against Indiana, but the Hoosiers are 3-1 against the spread in the last four games of this series.
Iowa is 8-0 on the season, 4-0 in the Big Ten, 5-3 against the spread and 4-3-1 with the over. The Hawkeyes are coming off a 31-15 win over Maryland last week to keep their perfect record. Iowa is led by its defense, which ranks sixth in the nation in scoring (15.2 ppg) and seventh in yards allowed (287.6 ypg). Offensively, Iowa is putting up 32.6 points and 405.1 yards per contest. C.J. Beathard has thrown for 1,598 yards and nine touchdowns to lead the offense while Jordan Canzeri has run for 698 yards and nine scores. He is dealing with an ankle injury that has him questionable for the contest.
Indiana is 4-4 on the season, 0-4 in the Big Ten, 4-4 against the spread and 5-2-1 with the over. The Hoosiers are coming off a 52-26 loss against Michigan State two weeks ago for their fourth straight loss. IU is averaging 33.1 points and 467.6 yards per game on offense while the defense is giving up 37.2 points and 508.6 yards per contest. Nate Sudfeld has thrown for 2,049 yards and 14 touchdowns to lead the offense while Jordan Howard has rushed for 787 yards and five scores. Ricky Jones added 37 catches for 669 yards and five touchdowns.
