Minnesota vs. Iowa Odds
No. 8 Iowa looks to keep its perfect season alive on Saturday when they host Minnesota at 8PM ET on the Big Ten Network.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Iowa is the favorite at home, as the Hawkeyes are getting odds of -11 points against Minnesota on Saturday. The over/under total for the game has been set at 45.5 points. The home team has won five of the last six in this series, however the Gophers are 4-2 against the spread in the last six meetings.
Iowa is 9-0 on the year, 5-0 in the Big Ten, 6-3 against the spread and 5-3-1 with the over. The Hawkeyes are coming off a 35-27 win at Indiana last week to stay unbeaten. Desmond King is leading the defense with eight interceptions. Jordan Canzeri is leading the offense with 698 rushing yards and nine touchdowns while C.J. Minnesota is 4-5 overall, 1-4 in the Big Ten, 4-5 against the spread and 5-4 with the under. The Gophers are coming off a 28-14 loss at Ohio State last week for their third straight loss. Mitch Leidner has thrown for 1,908 yards and 10 touchdowns to lead the offense while Rodney Smith has run for 550 yards and a score. KJ Maye has added 49 receptions for 524 yards and four scores.
