Virginia vs. Oregon Prediction

Will Saturday night in Eugene be a low-scoring affair between Virginia and Oregon at 10:30PM ET?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Ducks are a 24.5-point home favorite versus the Cavaliers while the over/under currently sits at 70.5 points. While the total hasn’t moved off the original number posted by oddsmakers, the side has gone from Oregon -23.5 up to -24.5.

OUR PREDICTION: Considering Virginia gave up 37 points at home to Richmond and Oregon surrendered 28 points at home to UC-Davis, the over would appear to be a safe bet this weekend in Eugene. The over is 20-8-1 in the Cavaliers’ last 29 non-conference games and is 6-2-1 in their last nine games versus an opponent with a winning record. The over has also cashed in all five of the Ducks’ last five games and is 33-16-2 in their last 51 games played in the month of September.
