Notre Dame played in a grinder of a game last week and I see this week’s game being a defensive battle as well. Boston College has been a historically strong defense, especially up front against the run. The Irish aren’t likely to pound the rock as they would like to. The Boston College offense is a mess, so Notre Dame won’t have much difficulty getting defensive stops.
