Alabama improved to 8-0 on the season with another impressive win last weekend, beating Texas A&M 33-14. The win, combined with Ohio State’s loss, makes the Tide the clear team to beat in the nation.

Ohio State is coming off a surprising 24-21 loss at Penn State this past weekend despite leading 21-7 in the fourth quarter. Still, Ohio State largely controls its own destiny. Should the Buckeyes win out, they are still very likely to make the playoffs.
