Both team has better defenses than you would expect and I think they will each play a factor, but Louisville seems to have the bigger playmakers on offense. N.C. State has been able to do some good things and beating them on the road will be tough, but I see Jackson having another big game. He should be able to set the tone and it will be tough for the Wolf Pack to match him score for score.
