Penn State is coming off a 45-31 win at Indiana last week to move to 8-2 on the season and 6-1 in the Big Ten. The Nittany Lions have won six straight games and are 5-0-1 against the spread in those six games. As of late, the Penn State offense is rolling. Penn State looks like a completely different football team than the one that faced Michigan months ago. The Nittany Lions are going to be able to score plenty of points on this Rutgers defense and they shouldn’t have any trouble holding the Knights’ offense down. Look for Penn State to roll along and cover once again.
