CFB Week 3 Las Vegas Odds

The College Football Season moves on to Week 3 this weekend. Here is what the betting capital thinks of the slate of game for the week.

The featured game for Week 3 has No. 14 Louisville playing host to No. 3 Clemson in a marquee ACC contest on Saturday at 8PM ET. According to oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, the Tigers are favored on the road, as they are getting odds of -3 points against the Cardinals. Clemson has won the last three meetings with the Cardinals, but Louisville has covered the spread in two of the three games. Clemson is off to a 2-0 start and 2-0 mark against the spread following a 14-6 win over Auburn on Saturday. Louisville is also 2-0 overall, but 1-1 against the spread. The Cardinals had a 47-35 win at North Carolina this past weekend.

The other featured game of the week has No. 24 Florida playing host to No. 23 Tennessee on Saturday at 3:30PM ET. According to oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, Florida is favored at home, as the Gators are getting odds of -5 points against the Volunteers. Tennessee snapped a long losing streak to Florida last year with a 38-28 win at home. The Gators are 6-3-1 against the spread in the last 10 meetings. Tennessee is off to a 2-0 start with wins over Georgia Tech and Indiana State, but the Vols are 0-2 against the spread. Florida had last week off and is 0-1 thanks to a 33-17 loss to Michigan. The Gators failed to cover in the loss as well.
