According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Oregon is favored at home, as the Ducks are getting odds of -45.5 points against Georgia State. The over/under total has been listed at 71.5 points. These two have no recent meetings, but the Ducks are 4-1 against the spread in their last 5 games against Sun Belt Conference teams. Georgia State is 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games on fieldturf.

Oregon is 1-1 on the season, 1-1 against the spread and 1-1 with the over/under total. The Ducks started the season with a 61-42 win over Eastern Washington before losing 31-28 to Michigan State on the road last weekend. Georgia State is 1-1 overall, 1-1 against the spread and 1-1 with the over/under total. The Panthers lost their season opener to Charlotte, 23-20. They then picked up a 34-32 win over New Mexico State on the road last week. Georgia State is putting up 487 yards of offense per game thus far, but it is also allowing 468.5 yards per contest. Nick Arbuckle has thrown for 671 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Georgia State offense while Penny Hart has 12 receptions for 203 yards and three scores.
