This game could be similar to the Penn State vs. Akron contest. I see the Nittany Lions dominating on both sides of the ball. The defense should be able to keep Georgia State from doing much of anything while the Nittany Lions offense should run right over the Panthers. Georgia State has hit the under in its last five road games in and six of its last seven non-conference contests. While Penn State should put up a big number, it will likely hold Georgia State to a small one and keep the total below 55.5
